Mission: Completed! Well you have done it! You have completed the program and you are ready to get your name on the honor role. A certificate awaits you, BUT, there is one last step. We need to see your book. There are two ways. Snail mail your book to Mission Possible, 15680 Alum Rock Ave. San Jose, CA, 95127. OR sign both 'sides' of the book, photograph or scan both 'sides' and email the JPEG files to Holly at ilex56@yahoo.com. By signing both 'sides' we will not get pictures mixed up. |

Make sure that we have a return address and the CORRECT spelling for your name as you want
it to appear on the certificate. If you send us your book, it will be returned with
your certificate and patch. |
